How do I apply and redeem my reward points?Updated 8 days ago

After you've reached 500+ points, you can redeem your points by either:

1. Going to the Rewards tab on your Rewards Dashboard and clicking the Redeem button. This will generate a unique discount code visible at the bottom of that page. You can then copy and paste that code into the Discount Code field at checkout.
2. Choosing a redeemable discount on the checkout page. This will automatically apply the discount to your order without the need to copy/paste or manually enter your discount code.
   • Note: You will only see this option appear at checkout if you sign into your EarthBox.com account.

Tip: Only 1 discount code can be applied to an order.

Note: If you are unable to get the code to apply before placing the order, please contact us and we can apply the code to your order.
